ATTENTION:  PSS Students & Parents,

 

The CNMI Transition Coalition cordially invites you and your parents to the “Transition to Success” Conference which will be held at the Fiesta Resort & Spa from 8:30am to 1:30pm.  The purpose of the conference is to offer students with disabilities with meaningful opportunities to engage in activities that will help them to prepare for the workforce as well as consider other postsecondary options such as pursuing college or a trade/vocational school. Some of the conference topics include: CIRCLES presentation, Be Your Own Boss, Skills to Pay the Bills, NMTI – Vocational Education, NMC - College-Bound: Financial Aid & Disability Support Services, Employment Rights, Self-Advocacy and the list goes on.

 

In addition to the vast array of sessions being offered, the conference will also feature an exhibit by various public agencies, private entities, and non-profit organizations as they showcase their programs and services available to students.
