"As per the CNMI State Workforce Development Board (SWDB), the intention of this proposed waiver request is to seek the public's comment on the increase of the reimbursement rates for On-the-Job (OJT) wages. The purpose of the waiver is to expand training opportunities for participants and businesses during these unprecedented times.  More importantly, it aligns with the intent of WIOA and the vision and mission of the board to develop a skilled workforce to meet the needs of employers and drive economic growth."
